A complete physiotherapy website, built & secured in 15 days

The client

Royal Oak Physio is a healthcare clinic offering physiotherapy, chiropractic and massage therapy. They came to Elite Information Tech needing a professional online presence built to the same structure and scope as a reference clinic site (panoramahillsphysio.ca), with a matching set of pages.

The challenge

Getting from a reference site to a polished, production-ready clinic website surfaced a few hurdles:

• The chosen theme's demo content wouldn't import cleanly, blocking the initial build.
• Deciding the right number of pages and how to structure them to mirror the reference site without unnecessary clutter.
• Getting the team / staff section to display in the correct sequence.

Our approach

We selected a physiotherapy-focused WordPress theme from Qreative Themes as the foundation — purpose-built for clinics and a close match to the client's reference.

• Unblocked the demo import by working through Google research and direct theme support until the content loaded reliably.
• Mapped the page structure from the reference site, keeping the major pages and trimming anything that didn't serve the clinic.
• Fixed the team ordering so staff appear in the correct, intentional sequence.
• Customised the theme to the clinic's branding, services and content.

Testing & deployment

Before handover, every page went through a full QA pass:

• Responsiveness verified across desktop, tablet and mobile.
• Security clearance and vulnerability checks, with hardening options enabled.
• Deployed to the live server with login credentials handed to the client.
• A 15-day feedback & support window after launch to iron out any final tweaks.

The outcome

Royal Oak Physio launched with a clean, fully responsive, security-hardened website that mirrors the structure of their reference clinic — built, tested and handed over inside a tight timeline, with two weeks of support to back it up.
